Exchange & Returns

Exchange

• We allow exchanges within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the condition of the product and reason for exchange.
• The item(s) must have their original packaging intact, and in brand-new condition.
• You may write to us at orders@sftrading.asia to request for an exchange.
• All products under purchased with a discount code do not qualify for an exchange. 

Returns

• We are unable to process any refund unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is no longer in stock.
• If you have received a defective or damaged item, kindly send an image and/or video of the item to orders@sftrading.asia within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Our Quality Control team will follow-up and process an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
• If the reported issue is deemed to be wear-and-tear or damaged by mishandling of the product, an exchange or refund will not be allowed.
