How to clean FRIGG pacifiers?

Pacifier Cleaning – step by step:

1.       Put the pacifier in a clean bowl

2.       Pour with boiling water

3.       Let the pacifier soak for approximately 5 minutes (first time use), or 30-60 secs subsequently

4.       Pick up the pacifier and let it dry

5.       Squeeze excess water out of the pacifier when cooled down

Caution! Do not boil the pacifier over direct heat.

How often do we need to change pacifiers?

Pacifiers should be replaced after 4-8 weeks of use – all depending on how much the pacifier is used during this time. Some babies have a very strong suction or only use one pacifier at a time, and in these cases the pacifier may be ready for a replacement after less than 4 weeks.

There is also a hygienic reason to replace the pacifier regularly. The older the pacifier gets, the more bacteria will hide in them. Therefore, we recommend to change to a new pacifier after 8 weeks of usage.

Always check the pacifier before use. Do examine by pulling the nipple. If the nipple has tooth marks, cracks, or other signs of wear, you must replace it immediately.

Can we sterilise the pacifiers?

Natural rubber pacifier teats are 100% natural and have no additives. Therefore, they are sensitive to environmental factors such as light, heat, and water. We recommend to soak the pacifiers in hot water for sterilisation. Steam sterilisers must not be used. UV sterilisers may alter the colour and shape of the pacifier teats.

Silicone pacifiers are more resistant so you may use steam or UV sterilisation for cleaning.

How do I remove the water droplets trapped in the pacifier teat?

FRIGG pacifier teats are designed with a valve that let out air when the child suckles the pacifier. When the air gets pushed out from the valve, the nipple flattens and shapes naturally with the child’s oral cavity. The valve is also the reason why water can get inside the nipple after cleaning the pacifier – when you have sterilised the pacifier, apply pressure using clean fingers or a clean cloth to squeeze any excess water out of the teat when the pacifier has cooled down sufficiently. However, it is not possible to squeeze out all the water as there may be residue condensation.

How long does it take for domestic shipping?

All orders processed and fulfilled by our warehouse team within 3-5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, self-collection is available at our office at 31 Woodlands Close #06-26 Woodlands Horizon, Singapore 737855 from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Kindly contact +65 8952 2580 to arrange for your self-collection timeslot. 

Is there free shipping?

We offer free shipping for Singapore addresses for purchases S$88 & above.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship to Malaysian addresses at flat shipping rate of S$20. Kindly expect 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. For other overseas addresses, pls contact us to check your delivery address before placing your order.

Exchange & Refunds

Can I exchange a product that I've purchased?

We allow exchanges within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the condition of the product and reason for exchange. For more details, pls read here.
